Employees are encouraged to promptly report any concerns or potential violations of this policy to Designated Contact or Department

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment and legal actions. Infotel Bizcon may also cooperate with authorities in investigations if necessary.

Supporting Procedures and Controls

Risk Assessment

Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate anti-trust and competition law risks associated with our operations and business practices. Training and Awareness: Provide anti-trust compliance training to employees, ensuring they understand the implications of anti-competitive behavior and how to identify red flags.

Due Diligence for M&A

Implement a due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to assess and address any potential anti-trust concerns.

Monitoring and Auditing

A regular internal audits and monitoring to detect and prevent potential anti- competitive behavior within the organization.

Cartel and Collusion Prevention

Clearly communicate and enforce guidelines preventing discussions or agreements with competitors regarding pricing, market allocation, or other anti-competitive practices.

Complaint Handling

A confidential reporting system for employees and stakeholders to report concerns related to anti-trust and competition laws, protecting whistleblowers from retaliation.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Infotel Bizcon Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, communications, and decisions related to pricing, contracts, and competition matters
